Full-Day Ink Time Raffle: Competition Terms

This is a skill-based prize competition, not a lottery. Entry requires correctly answering a qualifying question, and a winner is then drawn at random from all correct entries.
How to enter
Purchase a Full-Day Ink Time Raffle Ticket at £10 per ticket via livingcanvastattoo.ink. You must correctly answer the multiple-choice skill question shown on the product page before a ticket can be added to your basket. Incorrect answers cannot proceed to purchase. There is no free alternative route of entry, as no payment is required beyond the ticket price itself and the ticket price reflects the cost of administering the competition, not a stake or wager. You may purchase more than one ticket, up to a maximum of 30 tickets per person; each ticket purchased is one entry.
Entrants must be aged 18 or over to purchase a ticket and to claim or redeem the prize, in line with our Age & ID Policy.
Entry numbers and the draw
Each ticket purchased is allocated a sequential entry number, starting at 1, in the order tickets are sold. If a ticket is cancelled or refunded, its number is retired permanently and never reissued to another entrant, so entry numbers may run slightly higher than 200 even though a maximum of 200 tickets are ever valid at one time. The draw is conducted live by generating a random number using Google's random number generator; if the number generated does not match a currently valid entry, a new number is generated until it does. The entry holding the matching number wins.
You can check your own entry numbers at any time on our Check Your Ticket Number page. It lists ticket ranges by order number only — no names or contact details are shown — so keep your order confirmation email handy. This list updates once a day, so a very recent order may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Ticket cap and draw date
A maximum of 200 tickets will be sold. The draw will take place live on the Living Canvas Tattoo Studio Facebook page at 8pm on Saturday 26 September 2026, using a random number generator to select the winning entry.
If all 200 tickets sell before this date, the draw will take place earlier. In that case, all entrants will be notified by email at least 24 hours before the earlier draw, which will also take place live on the Living Canvas Tattoo Studio Facebook page.
The prize
One winner will receive a full-day tattoo session with Dave Bone at Living Canvas Tattoo Studio (exact hours to be confirmed and communicated to the winner). Design and placement are subject to consultation with, and the professional discretion of, Dave Bone, including suitability of design, size and placement. There is no cash alternative, and the prize is non-transferable.
Selecting and notifying the winner
The winner is announced live at the draw. We will also contact the winner directly using the contact details provided at checkout within 5 working days of the draw. The winner must respond within 14 days of being notified to claim the prize; if they do not, we reserve the right to draw an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.
Other terms
- Maximum 30 tickets per person.
- Employees of Living Canvas Tattoo Studio and their immediate family members may not enter.
- We reserve the right to postpone, amend or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it necessary; ticket holders would be notified and refunded in that event.
- Contact details provided at checkout are used only to administer this competition and contact the winner.
- This competition is governed by the law of England and Wales.
